We are looking for a Metering Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of AMR rollouts, MOP services and DCDA activity for our clients. In this role, you’ll be central to keeping projects on track and ensuring clients, providers and colleagues stay informed at every stage.

The role

As a Metering Project Coordinator, you will act as the central point of coordination for metering projects. You will keep customers informed, track installation progress, work closely with metering providers and ensure all activity stays on schedule. You will support both standalone metering projects and wider metering and data services across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating MOP, DCDA and AMR rollout activity for project-managed clients

• Keeping progress on track and chasing updates where needed

• Managing logs, reports, spreadsheets and contract records

• Speaking with clients, providers and suppliers by phone, email and Teams

• Ensuring installations are completed within agreed timescales

• Resolving queries from start to finish

• Supporting our wider Metering team where needed

You will need:

• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail

• Confidence communicating with a variety of stakeholders

• A proactive problem-solving mindset

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

• Accuracy when keeping records, logs and reports up to date

• Ability to follow processes from start to finish

• Experience with metering or data contracts
