Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Spokane, WA
About the Company: Join a family-owned manufacturing leader that began with fewer than a dozen employees in a small workshop and has grown into a 600,000-square-foot facility with over 700 team members!
This is a structured, growth-focused environment where you will work closely with engineering and production teams and be supported in learning all aspects of the company’s product lines and processes, with a clear path to long-term career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Create and update product drawings in AutoCAD
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability
Maintain and improve existing product designs and documentation
Deeply learn the company’s product lines and processes to prepare for involvement in process improvement initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement projects as you expand your role from design to process optimization
Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering degree
3+ years manufacturing experience, ideally in cabinets, building materials, or wood products
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
Stable work history and commitment to a long-term role
Pay Range & Compensation Package:
$80K–$120K depending on experience
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 100% onsite
