About the role
floLIVE is looking for a Marketing Technology & AI Operations Manager to own and scale our GTM technology stack, with a strong focus on RevOps alignment, automation, and AI-driven execution.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, SDR, Sales, and RevOps. You will connect systems, design intelligent workflows, and deploy AI-driven agents that help our teams work smarter, move faster, and focus on the right opportunities at the right time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and improving systems, while also thinking strategically about how GTM teams collaborate at scale.
What you’ll do
Develop and manage AI-driven workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, personalization, and lifecycle progression across Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
Incorporate intent signals, engagement data, and behavioral insights into lead scoring, SDR prioritization, and campaign logic.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations that support SDR prioritization, outbound personalization, ABM execution, campaign optimization, and GTM visibility.
Continuously test, iterate, and improve GTM workflows, AI agents, and automations based on performance, feedback, and changing business priorities.
Enable region- and vertical-specific GTM workflows, content, and reporting to support global teams and partners.
Manage and optimize HubSpot as the core GTM system, including Marketing Hub, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Own WordPress and connected CMS workflows, including landing pages, forms, blog publishing, SEO basics, and tracking accuracy.
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, campaign ROI, SDR effectiveness, and partner-driven performance, turning insights into action.
Partner closely with IT and RevOps to ensure system governance, clean processes, and scalable architecture.
Act as the internal expert for marketing technology, automation, and AI-driven operations.
Document systems and automations clearly, and train teams to adopt new tools and workflows confidently.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing technology roles.
Hands-on experience designing AI and automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot AI, Make, n8n, and GenAI models.
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
Practical experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of integrations, automation logic, and analytics tied to GTM outcomes.
Experience supporting SDR, Marketing, and Sales collaboration in B2B SaaS.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
