About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Architect and scale the technical infrastructure and AI-driven operational layer that powers Addi’s growth engine, ensuring that every multi-channel campaign, automated journey, and agentic workflow is executed with 100% reliability, peak cost-efficiency, and measurable business impact.

What you will do

• Achieve High Campaign Reliability by redesigning the Braze canvas architecture and implementing automated journey health monitoring, resulting in a significant reduction in execution errors.

• Reduce Martech & AI COGS through aggressive prompt optimization, LLM token usage governance, and vendor contract renegotiation, directly improving Addi’s contribution margin.

• Accelerate Speed-to-Market by establishing standardized campaign governance and template libraries, enabling the Growth team to move from brief to "live" much faster than the current baseline.

• Deploy a Scalable Incentive Engine capable of supporting numerous concurrent cashback/coupon campaigns with a minimal financial reconciliation error rate, ensuring zero budget leakage.

• Establish a Real-Time Growth Health Dashboard by auditing and hardening the data pipelines between Braze, Amplitude, and the Snowflake data warehouse, ensuring total data freshness for the NBA (Next Best Action) engine.

What we’re looking for

• Experience & Demonstrated Achievements

• Experience: 7-10 years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth Fintech or Marketplace.

• The "AI Edge": Proven experience moving AI from "experiment" to "production"—specifically managing API costs and reliability for customer-facing workflows.

• Scale: History of managing marketing infrastructure for products with millions of monthly active users and high transaction volumes.

• Tools: Expert-level Braze, SQL, Amplitude, and familiarity with GitHub/GitLab for managing agentic workflow scripts.

• Achievements: A documented history of saving >$100k in annual tool spend through optimization or reducing campaign error rates from double-digits to near-zero.

• Proven expertise in Tier-1 CRM & Orchestration

• Advanced mastery of Braze (or similar) including Liquid logic, connected content, and complex API-triggered canvassing.

• Ability to manage multi-channel deliverability (WhatsApp, Push, Email) for a user base of 3M+ without sacrificing performance.

Demonstrates technical mastery of AI Operations

• Deep understanding of the LLM provider landscape (Anthropic, OpenAI) and the mechanics of API-based agentic workflows.

• Skilled at monitoring technical health (uptime, error rates) and financial health (token spend vs. output value) of AI systems.

Possesses Advanced Data & Systems Fluency

• Writes sophisticated SQL to troubleshoot audience segments and validate data flow across the stack (CDP, Warehouse, CRM).

• Diagnoses root causes in complex, interconnected systems (e.g., why a Kepler segment isn't triggering a Braze webhook).

Track record of Rigorous Operational Discipline

• Implements "zero-defect" QA processes and SOPs that prevent high-stakes errors in incentive payouts or customer communications.

• Maintains extreme organized repository hygiene for code, prompts, and campaign documentation.

Has solid Commercial & Vendor Acumen

• Navigates complex SaaS negotiations and procurement cycles to ensure Addi receives maximum value from its $1M+ Martech spend.

• Evaluates vendor performance against clear KPIs, holding third parties accountable to strict SLAs.

Experienced in Agile Leadership

• Leads a high-output team of operators by setting clear GHSMART metrics and fostering a culture of extreme ownership.

• Collaborates seamlessly with Risk, Legal, and Engineering to ship features in a regulated "Compañía de Financiamiento" environment.
