Marketing Internship | Summer In Tech - Where Manufacturing Meets AI

We all like to spend the summer in a nice place, where we can have many adventures and fun days.

Do you usually have a hard time with hot days? No problem, our fridge is always full of nice cold drinks and our inner garden has amazing trees so you can catch some air. Our working atmosphere is informal and transparent because, at Critical Manufacturing, what you see is what you get!

June 16th – On-site Speed Interviews

June 25th – Open Day

The "Summer in Tech" internship program will begin on July 13th and will run until September 11.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing, Communication or Management
• Interest in B2B Strategy: Strong motivation to learn about Customer Advocacy, Loyalty Programs, and Gamification.
• Analytical Support: Ability to assist in defining scoring logic and organizing data to support program decisions.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital environments and eager to learn new marketing tools and platforms
• Research Skills: Curiosity and ability to conduct benchmarks on market trends and compare different SaaS solutions.
• Structured Thinking: A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to document processes or program rules clearly.
• Proactive Learner: A hands-on attitude with the desire to bridge the gap between marketing concepts and system implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English skills – spoken and written
