NeoWork is looking for a Marketing Implementation Specialist to support a fast-growing US-based group that builds and scales go-to-market systems for software startups. This role is hands-on and focused on execution. You’ll take a defined GTM strategy and turn it into action, running the day-to-day marketing operations that drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate has strong B2B experience, excellent English, and is comfortable working in organized, outcome-driven environments. This role favors candidates based in Colombia, especially Medellín.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Funnel Execution
• Build and run multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content distribution, and other channels as needed.
• Implement GTM workflows and follow the strategist’s action plan.
• Maintain CRM, automations, and nurture sequences.
Execution & Ownership
• Break down strategy into tasks, timelines, and deliverables, then own them from start to finish.
• Deliver assets such as emails, landing pages, sequences, messaging, and content pieces.
• Coordinate with creative teams, SDRs, and technical support when needed.
Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance across campaigns and report clear, actionable insights.
• Identify improvements that increase conversions, qualified leads, and revenue.
• Flag issues early and propose solutions.
Project Management & Communication
• Prepare weekly updates and performance summaries.
• Execute post-strategy action plans with precision and consistency.
• Keep projects on track without the need for micromanagement.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience for US companies.
• Experience in SaaS or other software-focused environments (strongly preferred).
• Proven record implementing campaigns that contributed to pipeline or revenue.
• Strong experience with CRMs, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent written English (C1 level required).
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and deliver quality output independently.
• Comfortable in structured, fast-paced, and outcome-oriented environments.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
Benefits:
• We offer health insurance for contractors
• Holiday Extra Pay
• The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
• This is a 100% home-based position
• We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
• In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided.
• There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.
• There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
