If you enjoy designing systems, automating workflows, working with data, and turning messy marketing inputs into a scalable, measurable growth machine - this role is for you.
Join us on our growth journey

• Actively use AI tools and models to analyze data, optimize workflows, and scale output
• Run experiments, analyze results, and turn learnings into system improvements
• Work closely with designer & Lead gen to Optimize and test content
• Continuously improve funnels, infrastructure, and performance - nothing is “set and forget”
Why You’ll Love This
• You’ll help create something truly exciting, not optimize something stale

• High ownership, high trust, and real impact on company growth
• Work alongside smart, driven people who move fast and care about quality
Tools & Experience (examples, not requirements)
• Modern CRM and marketing platforms (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)

• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation
• Actively uses AI in daily work and is excited to push it further
• Naturally curious - you’re always learning, testing, and improving
• Disciplined and self-driven; you don’t need hand-holding to make progress
• Thinks like an owner and takes pride in building things that last
