Job Description
As the Marketing Lifecycle Automation Manager, you will architect, execute, and continuously optimize automated programs across the entire customer journey - from lead acquisition to customer retention and expansion. You will design, implement, and refine marketing automation workflows that nurture leads, engage customers, and support lifecycle growth.
This is a hands-on, technical, execution-focused role that requires systematic thinking, strong HubSpot expertise, and an eye for scalability. You will ensure every workflow, integration, and process supports long-term growth. You’ll keep a strategic view of the customer lifecycle while maintaining operational precision - ensuring our automation, data, and communication systems run efficiently, accurately, and compliantly across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Manage technical configuration, data hygiene, workflow logic, custom properties, and user permissions in HubSpot. Ensure reliable tracking, reporting accuracy, and smooth campaign execution across the platform.
• Build, manage, and continuously optimise HubSpot workflows that support lead nurturing, event follow-ups, and re-engagement programs.
• Build, test, and optimize HubSpot landing pages and forms to support demand gen and lifecycle initiatives. Manage automated campaign setup end-to-end, including segmentation, QA, testing, compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to refine lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages, ensuring alignment between Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Monitor automation and campaign performance, surface insights, and work closely with the marketing team (and beyond) to recommend optimizations backed by accurate, trust-worthy data.
• Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and IT to maintain seamless integrations between HubSpot and connected tools - ensuring that data flows accurately and that processes stay aligned across teams.
• Empower the marketing team through ongoing guidance, templates, and best practices for using HubSpot and relevant platforms effectively.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of workflows, processes, naming conventions, and governance.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketing automation to identify opportunities for smarter, more scalable processes.
