Job Description

• Establishing, updating & execute  global manufacturing technology strategy per business demand

• Execute Standardize critical processes & machines

• Provide solutions
• Build manufacturing competence in BC.
• Innovate new solutions or introduce new manufacturing technology
• build MES configuration & commissioning per 4.0 strategy demand

• Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering, additional advantage with involving international environment.
• Language / Ethnicity: good English, both speaking & writing; Chinese nationality preferred
• Desired Experience /Business skills & abilities: More than 10 manufacturing process or machine experience, mini. 5 years in management role
• Solid experience in lean manufacturing process, quality & automation machine design
• Ability to work independently and with flexible hour – global coordination
