We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Manager – MICE Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry and possess a strong track record in corporate sales. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands the MICE ecosystem, has strong corporate relationships, and can independently drive sales from lead generation through to deal closure.

This position requires a proactive sales professional who is currently working in a MICE company or has very recent experience within the industry. The candidate must have direct experience selling MICE services and managing corporate clients. We are specifically looking for individuals who can contribute immediately without requiring foundational training in MICE sales processes.

As a Manager – MICE Sales, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building corporate relationships, and converting leads into successful MICE projects. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s corporate client base and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end corporate MICE sales including lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closure of business opportunities.

Identify and generate corporate leads through networking, market research, industry contacts, and proactive outreach.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase MICE offerings including conferences, incentive travel programs, corporate events, and exhibitions.

Understand client requirements and develop customized proposals that align with their event objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Prepare detailed proposals and commercial quotations while ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and profitability targets.

Lead negotiations with corporate clients on commercial terms, event scope, and service deliverables to secure successful closures.

Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progress across multiple opportunities.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with internal operations and event teams to ensure seamless transition from sales closure to event execution.

Track sales activities, maintain CRM updates, and report pipeline progress and revenue forecasts to management.

Stay updated on MICE industry trends, corporate event requirements, and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies.

Required Skills

Strong capability in generating corporate leads and building new business opportunities.

Confidence in meeting clients, delivering compelling sales pitches, and representing MICE services professionally.

Expertise in preparing tailored proposals based on client event requirements.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close MICE business effectively.

Proven ability to manage and maintain an active sales pipeline with multiple corporate accounts.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of contributing from day one without basic industry training.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in MICE sales.

Candidates must currently be working in a MICE company or have very recent experience within the MICE industry.

Demonstrated experience in directly selling MICE services to corporate clients.

Proven track record in corporate sales including lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
