Manager Marketing Technology & e-commerce (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You lead and manage complex MarTech & eCommerce transformation projects from strategy to implementation with measurable business impact.
• You develop and implement data- and tech-driven marketing and commerce strategies leveraging AI, automation, personalization, and digitalization.
• You design and orchestrate integrated MarTech and eCommerce architectures (CRM, ERP, CDP, PIM, CMS, eCommerce).
• You conduct technology audits, process assessments, and data maturity evaluations to identify efficiency and growth potential.
• You act as a strategic lead during pitches, client meetings, and project reviews to shape impactful, data-driven digital solutions.
• You create and present client reports, dashboards, and data-based recommendations that connect marketing & commerce performance to tangible ROI.
• You collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - including CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs - to align marketing, technology, and commerce strategies.
• You ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, driving strong project ROI and eCommerce transformation.
• You support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in MarTech and eCommerce transformation.
• You work closely with experts from AI, Data Science, Digital Strategy, and Technology to deliver end-to-end digital growth projects.
• You mentor and empower team members to strengthen their digital, analytical, and technology-focused skill sets.

What we require::
• You hold an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You bring at least 4 years of relevant experience in MarTech, eCommerce, or Digital Transformation Consulting, ideally with exposure to Commerce, PIM, CRM, or CDP systems.
• You have strong expertise in marketing automation, PIM, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Akeneo, Shopify).
• You have practical experience with AI-powered tools, data platforms, and personalization technologies to drive engagement and conversion.
• You possess a deep understanding of data integration, marketing analytics, and performance measurement across digital channels.
• You combine exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and technology insights into strategic impact.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English.
• You bring a proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a strong passion for technology, AI, data, and digital commerce innovation.
