Manager HR Controlling & Analytics (gn)

As Manager HR Controlling & Analytics (gn), you are responsible for personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and the further development of key HR and recruiting metrics.
You work closely with HR, Finance, and the business and support data-driven decision-making through your analyses.

Your mission

• You manage the personnel cost budgeting process based on the forecasting model and coordinate budget inputs as well as alignments with relevant stakeholders

• You are responsible for personnel cost forecasting, including regular updates and continuous development

• You analyze and further develop key HR and recruiting KPIs (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time-to-hire) and support HR business partners and departments in data-driven decision-making

• You create ad-hoc analyses for HR, Finance, and the business and prepare them in a target-group-oriented and management-ready way

• You support ESG- and GDPR-related analyses in an HR context and ensure a clean and reliable data basis

• You ideally drive the end-to-end automation of HR controlling and analytics processes and tools

Your experience & skills

• You have several years of experience in HR controlling, people analytics, or a comparable analytical role

• You have a very good understanding of personnel cost structures as well as forecasting, budgeting, and variance analyses

• You have experience in building, maintaining, and further developing HR and recruiting KPIs

• You have a strong affinity for numbers and can present complex topics in a clear and decision-relevant way

• You work in a structured and precise manner with a high standard for data quality and reliability

• You are confident in dealing with stakeholders from HR, Finance, and the business

• You have an affinity for process improvement, automation, and tools

• You have very good German skills at native-speaker level and solid English skills for professional use
