About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable manager to provide the execution support for the AWS alliance program. This is an essential program administration role focused on establishing Leapfrog high-velocity, high-trust AWS partner.
The core function of this role is to manage the systems, processes, and compliance necessary to keep our AWS partnership engine running smoothly. By taking ownership of these core operational aspects, this role enables the sales and delivery teams to prioritize their focus on clients and partners.
Partnership and Compliance Management:
• Own the full opportunity registration lifecycle in the CRM — tracking, tagging, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Advise sales and account teams on the right AWS funding programs (MDF, MAP, Sandbox), ensuring submissions are compliant and optimized.
• Research, apply for, and manage Leapfrog's participation in AWS partner programs, staying current on program changes.
• Maintain CRM hygiene by documenting all partner interactions, deal statuses, and next steps consistently.
• Register and track deals through Leapfrog's marketplace processes end to end.
Operations and Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the partnership lifecycle to enhance overall efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal funding playbooks, checklists, and reference materials.
• Serve as the internal AWS program expert — answer questions and troubleshoot issues for sales, delivery, and leadership.
Reporting and Tracking:
• Deliver regular reporting on deal progress, partner engagement, and marketplace activity to Alliance leadership.
• Monitor Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) against commitments and flag gaps proactively.
• Coordinate with account teams to ensure consumption is correctly attributed.
• Drive attainment of new AWS Competencies and Service Validations aligned to market trends and AWS incentive structures.
• Collect and prepare customer case studies that strengthen the partnership working closely with marketing and delivery teams.
