Position Overview
The Manager, Account Growth is responsible for leading and developing Business Development Representatives (BDR I–IV) and Account Executives, Growth to drive revenue across new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
This role owns execution across pipeline development, enterprise prospecting, contractor acquisition, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives. You’ll translate growth strategy into operational execution, ensure forecast accuracy, and drive predictable revenue outcomes across multiple customer segments.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop BDR and Growth AE team members through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and skills development, with support and enablement from Sales leadership
Own end‑to‑end execution of growth motions, including new logo pipeline generation, contractor acquisition campaigns, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Establish and monitor KPIs, activity standards, and performance expectations across pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue growth
Oversee outbound and inbound prospecting efforts across operator and contractor segments, ensuring quality, consistency, and SLA adherence
Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and reliable forecasting
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align ICPs, messaging, outreach strategies, and account planning
Support enterprise deal strategy and complex account planning to drive successful outcomes
Ensure seamless handoffs between BDRs, Growth AEs, and Account Executives to optimize conversion and customer experience
Monitor pipeline health and team performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
Represent EWN’s growth strategy through strong cross‑functional leadership and execution
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in sales, account growth, business development, or related roles
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline, revenue, or growth outcomes
Experience leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional efforts
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership capability through project ownership, peer coaching, mentorship, or cross‑functional influence
Experience managing sales development and/or quota‑carrying roles
Prior people management or formal team leadership experience
Background in SaaS, energy, utilities, or oil & gas industries
Experience with account‑based growth strategies and enterprise sales motions
