Major Projects Sales Manager
Location - Glasgow
We are a leading temporary works specialist and at the forefront of our industry for over 60 years, with a reputation built on engineering and service excellence. Our customers include civil engineering and construction contractors, asset owners, and consulting engineering firms through to small builders.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities capable of delivering revenues aligned with your budget and strategic targets.
Target the growth of opportunities and revenue within Total & Bespoke Solutions specifically.
Develop strong lasting commercial relationships and explore and deliver sales strategies and tactics that will maximise revenue from existing and new products.
Work with wider sales teams and other functions within a specific region to win work.
Evaluate the industry sectors within which opportunities exist and align to the relevant customer.
Communicate and ensure understanding, within the business, of the market drivers and opportunities for development in each industry sector to grow the business.
Collaborate with the commercial team on contract discussions and negotiate specific scheme trading agreements with potential and existing customers to maximise revenue.
Working with engineering teams, national and regional teams and customers to identify and develop the business through Bespoke Solutions plus Major Projects.
Identify, manage and deliver (install or hire) schemes within the region through effective working at all levels.
From conversations with major account clients produce a scope of works, works information and design brief to give engineers insight to a project to enable follow up leading to a quotation.
Provide accurate forecasts for Operations to enable adequate resource and stock planning.
Collect feedback from existing customers, identify new product opportunities and compile market research
What you need
Sales & Major Projects experience in a multi-site construction environment, within the temporary works sector a bonus
Sold technical engineered solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft, enquiry pipeline and client relationship management systems
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth
