Maintenance Support Administrator:
 

Join a dynamic team supporting critical maintenance operations within a high-performing industrial environment. Based in Garden Island you will support the project team with daily administration duties, playing a key role in enabling safe, efficient, and on-time maintenance execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking Daily Minutes of meetings

• Managing Access to GI

• Onboarding of new starters for project teams

• Supporting Project Team of daily administration duties

• Raising of requisitions

• Process Invoicing

• Develop Flow Charts

• Print weekly Schedules for the project team

• Raise Work orders such as service requests

Your Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels

• Confident with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience providing admin support in engineering, manufacturing, or similar environments

• Well-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Industry experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil construction (highly regarded)
