Responsibilities
Own the performance of Exotec systems at client sites, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.
Monitor and analyze site reliability, identifying trends and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Investigate and resolve escalated issues from the Exotec Control Center, conducting thorough root cause analyses.
Serve as Level 2 escalation for non-core systems, including third-party conveyors and related equipment.
Collaborate directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve interoperability challenges.
Plan and execute software and system updates to maintain site efficiency and stability.
Coach on-site technicians in partnership with site managers, promoting best practices to meet uptime targets.
Drive continuous improvement by proposing and supporting enhancements to maintenance procedures across North America and globally.
Engage with Exotec R&D and product teams to address specific maintenance concerns and contribute to product evolution.
Support client relationships by working closely with contract engineers and site managers to fulfill client requests, including preparing monthly performance reports.
