As one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the U.S., our growth depends on secure, well-designed, frictionless systems. We’re looking for an IT & Business Systems Manager to take full ownership of our internal technology ecosystem.
This isn’t a help desk role.

This is systems architecture, access governance, automation, and enablement.

You’ll have end-to-end ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to architect systems that scale with a high-growth organization.

Core Systems Leadership:
• Serve as primary administrator across Operations, Sales, and internal platforms
• Own system configuration, integrations, permissions, and technical health
• Drive adoption of underutilized features and improve tool ROI
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Identity, Access, and Security:
• Own Joiners / Movers / Leavers processes end-to-end
• Enforce least-privilege access and conduct regular audits
• Manage licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and security controls
• Maintain clean documentation, naming conventions, and governance standards

Automation and Enablement:
• Identify and eliminate manual workflows
• Implement automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Improve troubleshooting processes and internal documentation
• Reduce operational friction across teams

Vendor & MSP Management:
• Act as the technical point of contact for our external IT MSP
• Manage escalations and ensure service quality
• Personally administer Google Workspace and other core systems

What You Bring:
• 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or business systems management
• Strong hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, IAM, and security best practices
• Deep experience with Google Workspace and cloud-based business tools
• An operations-first mindset with a passion for automation
• Experience managing vendors and technical escalations
• High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
• Ability to clearly connect technical decisions to business impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
