The Role

As a Listing Agent, you will be the trusted partner for homeowners who want to bring their property to the market. Your tasks will include:

Finding and securing new property listings in the local area
Confidently negotiating with sellers
Building strong, long-term relationships based on trust
Working independently and as part of a supportive team
Balancing office work with time spent meeting clients in the field
Sharing local knowledge with clients – from schools and shops to the best beaches

Who You Are

You speak English and Spanish fluently; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage
You have strong negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence
You enjoy working with a team but are also self-motivated and proactive
You feel comfortable working in an office and meeting clients on-site
You believe in genuine service, ethical business, and building trust
