Job Description
Legal Sales & Marketing Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven Legal Sales & Marketing Manager to own and grow our marketing performance and sales pipeline. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to turn marketing spend into signed clients — someone equally comfortable analyzing campaign data and closing a conversation with a prospective client.
You'll manage our legacy marketing channels, hold vendors accountable, and play an active role in converting inbound leads by selling the firm with confidence, clarity, and compassion. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and sales, this role is built for you. This is an in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
Own day-to-day management of legacy marketing campaigns across digital, referral, and paid channels, including Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
Drive campaign performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and optimization
Manage relationships and communication with marketing vendors and external partners
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies — and hold people accountable to them
Ensure all campaigns are properly tagged and tracked for accurate attribution across systems
Manage marketing spend and budget pacing to maximize ROI
Data Analysis, Reporting & Attribution
Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, disqualification reasons, and funnel drop-off points
Audit call tracking and form submissions (CallRail) for correct source attribution
Interpret campaign and channel performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Deliver clear, actionable insights and performance summaries to leadership
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager for deeper reporting and dashboard needs
Systems, Workflow & Automation
Own and optimize marketing workflows across platforms including:
CallRail
Litify (Salesforce-based CRM)
Forms, automation, and marketing platforms
Lead workflow and automation improvements, testing, and documentation
Coordinate system changes with operations, IT, and vendors
Ensure systems and workflows support scalability and data integrity
Creative & Design Support
Create and update marketing materials using Canva and firm-approved design tools
Design social media graphics, email templates, and promotional assets consistent with brand standards
Support the production of digital and print collateral for campaigns
Partner with the Director of Operations to drive funnel refinement and workflow improvements
Use strong project management skills to keep initiatives moving across teams
Track action items and ensure follow-through across departments
Serve as a reliable operational force — organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Systems & Tools
CallRail
Litify (Salesforce-based CRM)
Google Business Profile

Firm-approved marketing and automation platforms
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in marketing management, sales, or a combined marketing/sales role
Background in legal, personal injury, or professional services strongly preferred
Strong understanding of paid and digital marketing channels and how to optimize them
Comfortable interpreting campaign data and translating it into actionable strategy
Fluency working across CRMs, tracking tools, and marketing platforms
Confident communicator who can sell the firm to prospective clients with clarity and compassion
Highly organized with strong project management instincts
A bias for action — someone who identifies problems and fixes them
Compensation
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
Health Savings Account (HSA)
401(k) with up to 4% employer match
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Why This Role Matters
