THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in shaping the Community Member experience, guiding prospects through the journey from initial inquiry to move-in. Acting as a central point of contact, you will support community growth while working closely with the Community Leaders to achieve occupancy goals.
Please note this role’s standard hours are Wednesday-Sunday.
Wed-Thurs: 11:00am-7:00pm
Fri-Sun: 9:00am-5:00pm
Reporting to the Communities Services Manager, duties include but are not limited to:
Provide a high-quality, personalized leasing experience from first contact to move-in
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective community members across multiple marketing channels
Assess prospects needs and provide tailored suite recommendations
Conduct in-person and virtual tours, showcasing suites and community features
Respond to inquiries promptly and effectively, converting leads to signed leases
Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up
Accurately track leads, tours, and conversions within the CRM system
Provide regular reporting on leasing performance, traffic, and trends
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and leasing velocity
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Community teams to drive leasing strategy
Provide on-the-ground insights to inform marketing campaigns and pricing strategies
Support community events and activations that drive traffic and engagement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or sales (residential preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Skilled at collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive results
Experience with CRM or leasing software is an asset
Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as required
Compensation Package:
Annual Salary: $65,000-$80,000 + performance-based commission
Commission: Tied to monthly leasing volume
Annual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for this position is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be more or less, depending on performance results.
