• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to accelerate engineering velocity, enhance code quality, and optimize problem-solving.

• Lead end-to-end CI/CD platform strategy across multiple product teams.

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure

• Standardize and optimize build, release, and deployment pipelines.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

• Drive DevSecOps best practices including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and compliance automation.

• Improve system observability using monitoring and logging frameworks.

• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams

• Lead incident response and postmortem processes.

• Drive automation across environments, reducing manual effort and increasing system consistency.

• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization

 

• 7-10 years of experience and competency in the DevOps domain, specifically with Public Cloud (AWS), Kubernetes, and related deployment technologies like Kustomize/Helm and ArgoCD.

• Working knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.

• Experience with development languages like Go, Ruby, Python, or similar.

• Proficiency in major development tools and processes (e.g., source control, testing).

• Proven ability in developing or architecting platform solutions.

• A strong focus on good architecture; capable of conceptualizing new architectures and frameworks.

• Understanding of supply chain security and SLSA standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or higher, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering.
