Softeta is pleased to announce an opening for a Lead QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the quality assurance efforts on advanced software development projects, playing a pivotal role in driving the test strategy for our innovative applications.
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead to guide our team, which focuses on creating solutions for the banking industry. In this role, you will mentor QA engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to own and guarantee the delivery of high-quality software products that align with our clients' expectations.
Job Description:
• Conduct thorough testing of web applications in both QA and production environments;
• Key responsibilities include automation and manual testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing;
• Report bugs and issues, ensuring proper documentation;
• Lead, mentor, and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Execute test cases and compare results with expected outcomes;
• Collaborate with the development team to support continuous improvement in the QA process.
Technologies - Playwright, TypeScript, Postman, MSSQL.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in QA testing;
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle;
• Familiarity with any test automation framework is required, and experience with Playwright will be considered an advantage;
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger);
• Having experience in mobile app testing is beneficial;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
