Job Description
Lead Mechanic | Leadership Role | Career Growth | Full-Time
If you take pride in your work, hate when things are done halfway, and want more than just another mechanic job—keep reading.
We’re not just looking for someone to fix equipment. We’re looking for someone to own it.
At our company, your role goes beyond turning wrenches. You’ll be responsible for keeping our fleet running at a high level, leading by example, and helping build a system that supports a growing operation.
Our ideal Lead Mechanic is a seasoned, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work and naturally leads by example. They are gritty, detail-obsessed, and fully own the condition and performance of every piece of equipment they touch. With experience both turning wrenches and guiding a team, they thrive in environments where accountability and quality matter. Outside of work, they enjoy hunting, fishing, working on vehicles, and spending time with family. They are motivated by building a long-term career—not just a job—and are looking for a company that offers growth, purpose, and fair compensation for their effort. They want to eventually step into a larger role managing equipment and assets across multiple locations. They are turned off by environments where they feel overworked, underpaid, or unsupported, and are instead drawn to a people-first culture that invests in their future.
What You’ll Do
Own the maintenance, repair, and performance of our equipment and fleet
Diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way—not the easy way
Keep equipment organized, maintained, and ready for the field
Help guide and support team members when it comes to equipment use and care
Build systems and processes that improve efficiency as we grow
This Job Is For You If:
You’re experienced in mechanic work and have led or trained others
You take ownership and don’t cut corners
You’re detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right
You enjoy working with your hands and solving real problems
You want a career path, not just another job
This Probably Isn’t For You If:
You just want to clock in and out
You cut corners or rush through work
You don’t want responsibility
You’ve felt stuck and aren’t looking to grow
What You’ll Get
A people-first culture that actually invests in your future
A clear path to grow into managing equipment across multiple locations
A company that values your work and pays you accordingly
A team that takes pride in what they do and has each other’s back
If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, works hard, and wants to build something meaningful—we’d like to talk.
