Title and Summary
Lead Information Security Operations Analyst
Overview:
Access Services is responsible for providing end to end services to support internal employees to retrieve access to Mastercard systems and applications, including physical security access.
Access Services is part of Corporate Security and is focused on operational support within the Identity Access Management space, enhancing existing identity access operations through automation, and execute on strategy of access being an enabler for the business' needs.
The lead is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining challenges and prioritizing work to streamline the execution of program priorities. The lead has a significant role in complex problem solving, setting technical direction for IAM, perform quality control, supporting our internal customers as well as growing our team talent.
The lead role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with the Program Management Team, the Controls Team, Product Teams, Engineering, BizOps and Customers.

About the Role:
• Meets with relevant stakeholders to discuss and elicit under-the-surface needs from a customer perspective and translate them into features, user stories and technical stories (when needed).
• Facilitates story creation in agile tools to facilitate team story backlog development.
• Researches new methodologies to improve security and business operations using AI, automation, while not compromising the quality of the work.
• Lead enterprise IAM efforts and projects of a complex nature
• Coaches junior level employees on Business Operations and security best practices
About You:
• Successful individual contributor with ability to demonstrate great problem solving with the Cyber Security domain
• Experience leveraging agile tools to facilitate agile ceremonies.
• General interest and passion for agile and learning agile practices
• Relevant experience in requirements gathering, specifically user story creation, and relationship building with business clients .
• Comfortable telling a compelling user story using data.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Successful track record in supporting IAM application(s)
• Advanced strategic/thoughtful risk taking experience
• Advanced Corporate Security skills, specifically to Identity Access Management is a plus
• Intermediate skills in SAFe (agile) transformation practices
- Strong experience in regulatory compliance (PCI, GLBA, SOC/SOX, PII etc.)
• Intermediate technical background (Windows, UNIX, Oracle, Postgres, Mainframe, Azure)
• Experience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency
