Our client are seeking motivated and results-driven Lead Generation / Pre-Sales Specialists. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales and BD pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to leverage digital tools to drive high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to discover potential leads through online platforms, databases, networking, and digital avenues.
• Evaluate leads to determine their alignment with business requirements.
• Connect with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to present our solutions.
• Develop and sustain an organized pipeline of prospects.
• Work collaboratively with the business development team to transition qualified leads.
• Employ CRM tools to monitor interactions and maintain data accuracy.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Skilled in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving targets.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation or pre-sales.
• Experience in managing outreach campaigns and sales pipelines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in the human resources industry
• Background in digital marketing to effectively reach and engage leads
• Understanding of AI tools to improve lead generation efforts
• Proficiency with automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot
