We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong expertise in B2B lead generation through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital prospecting, knows how to engage decision-makers, and can consistently build a high-quality sales pipeline. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers including CXOs, HR Heads, and IT Heads
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects for the sales team
• Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
• Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead records and updates in CRM tools and Excel sheets
• Conduct market research to identify new target segments and business opportunities
• Track daily and weekly outreach metrics and report performance insights
• Support the sales team with data-driven prospect insights and engagement updates
• Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Lead Generation
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Clear understanding of B2B sales processes and prospect qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft personalized and engaging outreach messages
• Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Strong research and analytical skills for identifying high-potential prospects
