About the Role
The Lead Ecommerce Executive is responsible for the day-to-day performance, optimisation, and growth of our ecommerce websites across New Zealand and Australia.
This is a hands-on role focused on website management, email marketing and automation, SEO, and performance analysis. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will deliver improvements that enhance the customer experience while driving online sales, engagement, and conversion.

Rostered Hours: Monday to Friday
Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Website
Ensure websites function smoothly through regular testing and optimisation.
Drive online sales by improving conversion, performance, and customer experience.
Lead ongoing website improvements, content updates, and optimisation in line with marketing activity.
Own Organic Search and continuously improve SEO performance.
Manage third-party tools, platforms, and agency relationships.
Roll out new functionality and identify opportunities to improve site performance and growth.
Email & Customer Growth
Lead EDM planning and execution to support brand messaging and commercial outcomes.
Grow and segment the customer database and optimise email automation flows.
Ensure website and email content is cohesive, on-brand, and relevant to retail activity.
Use content marketing to support both ecommerce and store performance.
Reporting & Insights
Monitor ecommerce performance including sessions, conversion, AOV, and revenue.
Report on key metrics and identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
Provide data-led recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
Maintain a strong understanding of our customers and growth opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential:
Marketing and/or Fashion-related tertiary qualification.
7+ years’ ecommerce experience, ideally within retail or fashion.
Hands-on experience managing ecommerce websites on Shopify, including content, product updates, promotional activity, and site optimisation.
Proven experience executing email marketing and automation using Klaviyo, including campaigns, segmentation, and automated flows.
Strong working knowledge of GA4, with the ability to monitor ecommerce performance and translate insights into action.
Working knowledge of SEO best practice and experience using tools such as SEMrush.
Experience supporting conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives through testing and performance reviews.
Experience in UX design, including improving site usability, navigation, or customer journeys.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
