Title and Summary
Lead Data Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Data Engineer to drive our Finance Modernization initiative by designing, building, and scaling modern enterprise data platforms and pipelines. This role will play a critical part in transforming finance data ecosystems into scalable, cloud-ready, and AI-enabled platforms that support analytics, reporting, operational intelligence, and future-ready financial products.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in distributed data engineering technologies such as Apache Spark and Airflow, strong understanding of enterprise data product lifecycle management, and experience building reliable batch and streaming data pipelines in modern hybrid/cloud environments.
This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate across finance, engineering, analytics, and platform teams to deliver scalable and governed data solutions.
