What You’ll Own
Develop and grow new commercial and residential landscape construction business
Prospect consistently and build a qualified pipeline
Meet clients onsite to scope projects and prepare take-offs
Build accurate estimates and job costing in LMN
Present proposals and close agreements
Stay connected to projects in the field to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
Experience in landscape, outdoor construction, or related field preferred
Ability to read plans and complete take-offs
Familiarity with LMN and Microsoft Office
Self-starter mentality — motivated by results and income potential
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
