- Should make sure to own the incidents created for these web applications within specified SLAs and work with the rest of the team to deliver timely resolutions

- Must have an idea of Application Monitoring Tools and knowledge around the way applications are configured and monitored using them

- Good working Knowledge of Java based applications along with UNIX skills; Shell scripting would be an added advantage as it would help in building few automations wherever relevant

- Continuously maintain 100% uptime of all the applications’ availability and quickly respond to unplanned outages

- Ability to analyze applications that are coded in Java, J2EE, .Net and few other latest web technologies

- Knowledgeable enough to build small Java / SQL code in context while resolving few application related issues

- Demonstrate understanding of Business processes and SOX and IT compliances/controls wherever relevant

- Good working knowledge of rsync jobs, Oracle Access Management and Single Sign On implementations

- Should be quick in troubleshooting and analyzing various things at a time (usually during P1/P2 calls where multiple applications might be impacted)
