The Position

Junior SDR Role in Berlin for Fluent Dutch Speakers

As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you’ll learn how to build a pipeline, connect with top ecommerce brands, and master the foundations of B2B sales. You’ll be learning by doing: with real support, coaching, and clear goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Cold call and connect: Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking prospects and spark meaningful conversations

Drive business: Book intro meetings with e-commerce brands and build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives

Learn fast: Get structured onboarding and hands-on coaching on outreach tactics, objection handling, and sales strategy

Work in an international team: Join a diverse group of teammates from across Europe, based in our Berlin HQ

•
Own your impact: Track your progress, hit clear goals, and grow in a team that celebrates your wins

Who we’re looking for

Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills (written and spoken)

•
Has sales or cold calling experience, but not required

•
Comfortable on the phone and motivated by clear targets

•
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn fast in a scale-up environment

•
Based in Berlin or ready to relocate: we’re an office-first team
