Deine Rolle

Als Junior Recruiting Coordinator (w/m/d) unterstützt du unser Talent Acquisition Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Recruiting-Prozesse effizient und strukturiert ablaufen.

Aktuell sind wir stark im operativen Recruiting eingebunden und verbringen viel Zeit mit administrativen Aufgaben. Deshalb suchen wir Unterstützung, um unsere Prozesse zu entlasten und weiter zu professionalisieren.

Deine Aufgaben

• Koordination von Terminen (z. B. Interviews, Zweitgespräche, Hospitationen)

• Unterstützung im Active Sourcing

• Pflege und Dokumentation unserer Recruiting-Prozesse

• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-Guidelines

• Pflege des internen Recruiting-Intranets sowie Shared Drives

• Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne Abstimmungen

• Perspektivisch: Durchführung erster Interviews (z. B. für Dual-Studierende oder MFA)

Dein Profil

• Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Customer Support, Call Center oder einer administrativen Rolle

• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Souveränes Auftreten und klare Kommunikation

• Sicher im Umgang mit Outlook und PowerPoint

• Interesse an Recruiting und HR-Prozessen

• Technische Affinität, idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit KI/Prompts

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
