In this role, you take ownership of driving scalable and efficient product content operations for a highly technical assortment, ensuring high-quality product data, process optimization, and effective cross-functional and supplier collaboration.
Your Tasks:
• You will drive product enrichment and maintenance initiatives for our assortment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and scalability of product content
• You will take end-to-end ownership of product content updates and optimization within our PIM structures
• You will drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• You will ensure efficient workflows and maintain focus on activities that have the highest business impact and contribute to overall success
• You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple internal teams and seniority levels.
Your Profile:
• You hold a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field and bring experience in Merchandising, Product Data Management, Product Experience, and/or E-Commerce environments
• You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, including managing large datasets, working with PIM/backend systems, and using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of SQL, GCP, KNIME, and Python is a plus
• You have a strong bias toward efficiency, automation, and developing scalable solutions to optimize processes and workflows
• You possess solid project planning and stakeholder management skills, combined with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• You communicate fluently in English, have conversational German skills and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
