• Operative Steuerung der Preisgestaltung basierend auf internen KPIs, unserer Wettbewerbsposition und der Strategie von About You Outlet in aktuell 16 Märkten
• Analyse der Sortiments-Performance und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Deal Planning, Marketing und CRM
• Identifikation und Entwicklung innovativer Projekte zur Stärkung unserer Pricing-Strategien
• Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Berichten und Dashboards zur Überwachung relevanter KPIs
• Verbesserung und Implementierung automatisierter Prozesse zur Preissteuerung

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft o.ä. mit starkem quantitativen Schwerpunkt
• 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Pricing, Controlling oder Analytics, idealerweise im Mode- oder E-Commerce-Sektor
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
• Fortgeschrittene MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
