In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting technical and operational tasks within the Tax Technology function, ensuring accuracy and consistency across tax-related systems and processes. You will work with structured datasets, maintain operational trackers, and assist in basic automation workflows, following predefined guidelines and internal procedures.
Your focus will be on data accuracy, process compliance, and reliable execution, operating in a dynamic tax technology environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders, requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while escalating issues when necessary. Fluency in English is essential for daily communication and coordination.

What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)

Manipulate, validate, and manage datasets within tax-related systems.
Maintain and update operational spreadsheets and tracking tools.
Provide support in basic automation workflows.
Assist with tasks related to tax-specific systems and tools.
Execute assigned tasks independently, escalating issues when necessary.
Follow predefined technical processes, ensuring accuracy and quality in execution.

Requirements

Junior profile with an educational background in IT or related fields.
Experience or strong comfort working with structured data.
Proficiency with standard IT and data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks independently.
Fluent English level (mandatory for daily performance).
Full-time availability.

Nice to have

Previous exposure to Tax environments or Tax Technology teams.
Basic knowledge of finance or accounting concepts.
Previous experience in IT support or operational roles.
