Covering US mornings - Working hours: 2 pm - 10 pm CET

This is a genuine entry point into a sales career. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be given the tools, training, and mentorship to learn the craft of sales from the ground up — working within a fast-paced, high-energy team that closes deals every single day.

You'll own a portfolio of smaller-ticket SMB deals end-to-end, developing your instincts for prospecting, qualifying, and closing, while also supporting our senior AEs through the due diligence and deal execution process. What you will do ✍️

• Own and manage a high-volume pipeline of SMB deals, working on smaller-ticket opportunities from first contact through to close
• Run outreach and qualification calls independently, building your sales instincts in a real, revenue-generating environment
• Support the commercial team with the due diligence process — ensuring deals progress efficiently and close on time
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data (HubSpot) across your pipeline, including call notes, deal stages, and next steps
• Learn to identify and articulate Uncapped's value proposition to e-commerce founders and decision-makers
• Develop your understanding of fintech lending and the e-commerce landscape to become a trusted advisor to prospects
