[Job-28424] Tech Lead FullStack (Java+Azure), Campinas, Brazil (hybrid)

We are looking for a Tech Lead Fullstack (Java+Azure) to join our team on an exciting Project for a major American investment client. This role will require you to work 3x/week at our office in Campinas as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with the client team.

As part of this project, we will be developing websites for clients in the financial market, offering a range of information and features for purchasing mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products.

Requirements:

Core Backend & API Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API architecture.

• Expertise in designing scalable, secure, high‑performance API service architectures.

• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns.

Database & UI Exposure:

• Experience working with databases (schema, queries, performance tuning).

• Good understanding of UI interaction flows and aligning API contracts with front-end needs.

Authentication & Security:

• Deep knowledge of JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.

• Practical experience with Auth0, Akamai, Kong API Gateway (policies, plugins).

• Strong understanding of API security best practices.

Azure Cloud Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, API Management (APIM), Azure Functions.

• Postgres Flexible services, ACA Jobs, DNS, AGW, ACR, Storage Account Queues, App Config.

• Understanding of Azure networking, Key Vault, monitoring, and diagnostics.

• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems in Azure environments.

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Strong proficiency with Terraform for Azure IaC deployments and environment configuration.

• CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform & Atmos ).

• Familiarity with deployment automation, logging, and monitoring pipelines.
