Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain both Atlassian Jira and Microsoft 365 environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

Jira Administration:

Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes.

Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.

Create dashboards, filters, and reports for stakeholders.

Implement automation rules and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams).

Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups in Azure Active Directory.

Configure and enforce security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP).

Monitor system health and compliance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Provide support for email, Teams, and SharePoint issues.

Implement backup and recovery strategies for Microsoft 365 data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in IT administration with Jira and Microsoft 365.

Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

Expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD).

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

Understanding of security and compliance best practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

Atlassian and Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert).

Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and integrations.

Knowledge of Intune and Endpoint Manager.
