Jira & Application Administrator

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Jira & Application Administrator to support and enhance Betsson Georgia’s internal platforms. You will manage our Atlassian Jira/Confluence Cloud ecosystem, own several enterprise applications, and work closely with product, engineering, and corporate teams. The role involves system governance, automation, integrations, and developing custom functionality on Atlassian Forge.

Key Responsibilities:

Jira Administration

•
Full administration of Jira Software & Jira Service Management;

•
Design workflows, screens, fields, permissions, SLAs, queues, forms;

•
Optimize UI configuration and system performance;

•
Manage Jira Assets CMDB structures and AQL-based object models;

•
Create automations and lifecycle flows;

•
Build service portals and enterprise workflows;

•
Ensure governance, RBAC, and compliance alignment.

Atlassian Development & Integrations

•
Develop apps/extensions on Atlassian Forge;

•
Build integrations with HRIS, DWH, Accounting, Identity systems, Slack, etc.;

•
Create REST/GraphQL connectors, webhooks, and automation services;

•
Provide dashboards, data layers, and reporting artifacts for BI teams;

•
Collaborate with global Atlassian and security teams on new capabilities.

Application Administration

•
Manage user roles, access, and onboarding/offboarding;

•
Operate internal and vendor-hosted business applications;

•
Coordinate upgrades, patches, and deployments;

•
Administer SSO, MFA, licenses, and audits;

•
Troubleshoot issues with vendors and engineering teams;

•
Maintain documentation and operational runbooks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Jira/Atlassian admin (Cloud + Data Center);

• Strong workflow, automation, and service desk configuration skills;

• Experience with Jira Assets CMDB & AQL;

• Hands-on Atlassian Forge (Node.js/TypeScript) development;

• Experience building REST/GraphQL integrations;

• Understanding of identity & access management (RBAC, SSO, SAML/OAuth);

• Confluence administration experience;

• Strong troubleshooting skills;

• English working proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• HR systems & employee lifecycle integration;

• Experience with DWH/BI pipelines;

• Scripting (Python, Shell, JavaScript);

• ITIL knowledge;

• Experience in enterprise environments.
