We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of - Java Full Stack Engineer – Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: (MAX 8 Points)

• Responsible for end-to-end application design, development and maintenance activities supporting robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services.

• Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.

• Bring continuous improvements and efficiencies to the processes by means of automation, reduction to design complexity, response time, and by further simplifying the end-user experience.

• Support the builds through deployment test with troubleshooting, bugs fixing and problems solving skills.

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

• Provide in-depth knowledge transfer and on-job training / guidance to improve team productivity.

• Lead the team and ensure projects are delivered in agreed timelines.

• Take ownership and accountability.

• Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and On-call support.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (MAX 8 Points)

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Java development (back-end and front-end).

• Well acquainted with frameworks -Spring, SpringMvc, MyBatis, Spring Data JPA.

• Working experience on below databases - MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle

• Familiar with SQL, create index and optimize.

• Experienced on React, JavaScript and jQuery.

• Working experience with API development.

• Familiar with G3/Ansible Deployment tools.

• Candidate should have good communication, presentations skills and stakeholder management.

• Candidate should be flexible enough to take different responsibilities as per the requirements. Quick learner and good team player.
