Java Backend Developer

We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join several of our core engineering teams — Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards. All teams work on high-impact, backend-heavy systems that power key financial products and internal platforms.

Our stack includes: Java • Spring Boot • AWS (EKS) • MySQL • Kafka • Redis • Grafana • Prometheus.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has a real production experience in Java backend development:

• Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments
• Have experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale
• Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability
• Fintech experience is a big plus. Especially if you’ve worked on things like payments, banking products, etc.
• Fluent Russian and English language
