Requirements:
We are looking for a professional with strong Linux expertise, solid foundations in systems, networking, virtualization, and automation, and the ability to operate effectively in complex and demanding environments.
Key Tasks & Activities:
• Actively participate in IT projects, with focus on Linux systems, infrastructure components, automation, and security.
• Properly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across local and remote sites.
• Provide second‑line support for Linux, Windows, networking, and security components.
• Develop and maintain automation using Bash, Ansible, and other tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Support and improve virtualization environments (KVM, VMware, OpenStack).
• Ensure system hardening, compliance with technical standards, and adherence to security requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Background and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Systems, Infrastructure, Linux Engineering, or related).
• Proven experience working with Linux environments (RHEL) in complex infrastructures.
• Experience in project implementation and operation of large‑scale or mission‑critical systems.
Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Linux (RHEL) and container technologies.
• Solid knowledge of networking and TCP/IP concepts, including hardening and troubleshooting.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Ansible).
• Good understanding of operating systems and systems integration.
• Strong foundations in hypervisors and virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware, OpenStack).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems, network, and application layers.
• High discipline in following procedures and compliance with technical standards.
• Knowledge of Windows Servers, Office 365 and Azure services is a plus.

• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and positive approach.
• Autonomous, methodical, structured, and well‑organized.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Flexible, dependable, and aligned with operational excellence.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability for occasional travel.
