As ServiceNow developer, you will focus on promoting automation and innovation within the team. You will help us optimize our end user workflows and develop new automation flows.

Together with other team members, you will shape the future of the R&D Automation platforms. Your solutions will provide the R&D business unit with a high quality, self-service, fully automated platform.

This is what you will do as a ServiceNow developer at NXP.
As a member of the R&D automation team, you will be a key contributor to the development and improvement of our automation platforms. You will have ample opportunities to express your creativity and work with others to accomplish your objectives.

- You build/maintain ServiceNow flows that help deploy automated catalog items.
- You develop/maintain new components of the platform.
- You are the technical expert advising the organization on ways to improve on automation and helping to execute them.
- You can work effectively with other developers, operations staff, and other key stakeholders in the organization.

You can describe yourself as follows:
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Seven years of experience working on ServiceNow development and operations
- Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes and practice using Lean or Agile.
- Good understanding of IT solutions and processes.
- Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and part of a larger organization
