TITLE: IT Solutions Engineer: Orlando, FL - On-site Opportunity:

JOB BRIEF:

To support our vision in driving technological advances, we are seeking a skilled, people-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our Modern Workplace team responsible for designing and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and implement IT solutions that automate and optimize business workflows and processes.

• Develop scripts and workflows as needed for automated deployment.

• Develop custom applications to solve specific business challenges.

• Generate design documents, best practice configurations, and test procedures.

• Collaborate with business constituents to identify their technical requirements and business objectives.

• Execute testing to validate system performance in accordance with the developed test plan and criteria.

• Recommend improvements to the existing architecture and process to reduce repetitive or time-intensive tasks in favor of automated solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.

• Provide subject matter expertise on cloud toolsets and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in complex business environments.

• Must have strong knowledge of scripting languages, including Python (required), JavaScript (TypeScript/Node/React) and Terraform HCL being preferred.

• Comfortable working with REST & SOAP APIs along with related technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.

• Strong knowledge of development standards such as code repositories and CI/CD and their supporting applications (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform)

• Familiarity with AI tools and providers, including Claude Code, OpenAI APIs and Anthropic APIs.

• Proficiency in business process automation, focusing on usage of cloud native toolsets such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.

• Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex problems as they arise.

• Work independently on assigned projects and have ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Communicate effectively and cooperatively with engineers, staff, and users.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, AWS and GCP is a plus.
