The Opportunity

We’re looking for a IT Operations Engineer to join our Hong Kong team and take a leading role in managing and evolving NetRoadshow’s global IT infrastructure.
You’ll oversee systems operations, endpoint management, cloud services, and identity platforms across multiple regions, ensuring reliability, security, and performance at scale.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing complex environments, driving automation, and mentoring others while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and compliance.

About the Team

Our IT Operations group is a collaborative global team supporting users and systems across North America, Europe, and Asia.
In Hong Kong, you’ll serve as a senior technical lead, partnering with U.S.-based colleagues to manage core infrastructure, streamline operations, and strengthen security across our environment.
We value technical mastery, ownership, and the ability to communicate effectively across time zones and cultures.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple global offices and environments.

Oversee Windows, macOS, and cloud-based systems administration, ensuring uptime and performance.

Design and implement scalable solutions for endpoint management, patching, and automation.

Manage identity and access platforms (Azure AD, Okta, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).

Optimize network and connectivity performance across regional sites and VPNs.

Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance to maintain FINRA, SEC, and SOC 2 standards.

Develop and enforce operational policies, documentation, and best practices.

Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations.

Interface with business stakeholders to align IT services with organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring

6+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or infrastructure management.

Deep expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud environments (Azure, M365, or AWS).

Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell or Python.

Proven experience managing global or multi-region IT environments.

Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEC, SOC 2).

Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and project management abilities.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.

Background with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM).

Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, or SolarWinds).

Fluency in English is a MUST. Proficiency in additional Asian languages,
such as Cantonese or Mandarin, is highly advantageous for effective collaboration
with regional and global teams.

Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar).
