Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Power Automate Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that streamline business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automat
• Integrate Power Automate with Power Apps, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Develop custom connectors and child flows to extend automation capabilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing flows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MIS (Management information System).
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• May require occasional evening or weekend work for maintenance or emergencies.
• On-call availability may be required depending on business needs.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
