Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 annually
We are seeking an IT & AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Technology, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations while designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance business performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends technical support with innovation, helping to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale operations across the organization. The IT & AI Solutions Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, build practical solutions, and ensure our systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and implement AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across departments
Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions
Ensure all systems and solutions are secure, well-documented, and aligned with company standards
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, including system access and equipment setup
Assist with business systems support (e.g., ERP/CRM platforms), including troubleshooting, testing, and process improvements
Support infrastructure and technical projects such as hardware rollouts, office expansions, and system implementations
Proactively improve IT operations by reducing recurring issues through automation, self-service tools, and documentation
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across office locations, including Microsoft 365, devices, and core systems
Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept and pilot through to deployment and user adoption
Design, build, and maintain AI tools, workflows, and decision-support solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Azure AI

What You Bring
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related program
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies
Exposure to automation tools or AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar technologies
Minimum one to two (1–2) years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously develop new technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with ticketing systems and prioritizing IT requests
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) considered an asset
