Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Context :

Outsight is looking for an intern who will act as a true internal consultant. Their mission will be to support our teams (Sales, HR, Product) in improving and, above all, automating their internal processes to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
We are looking for a do-er who immerse themselves in our team’s most intricate workflows, partner with internal teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our internal teams to make better decisions.

Responsibilities :

No two days are the same, but as a IA Automation intern you can expect to.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their critical questions, identify operational bottlenecks, and support them by improving and automating their processes.
Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with their problems and workflows, and integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
Build and deliver training sessions to the teams to make sure they know how to use our IA Tool.

Requirements for the role

Technical Skills
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python (pandas, numpy, automation scripts).
Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipeline development.
Familiarity with automation tools (APIs, workflow automation, or no-code tools).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Experience using generative AI tools.

Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in process optimization or internal support roles.
Interest in change management and user training
