Job Description

You are joining the 1LOD Supervision

team, within Global Markets Business Management, as Sales Support on regulatory controls, for an internship of 6 months from June 2026.

You will work in a "trading room" environment with very close proximity to market operators (traders) and sellers as well as support functions (IT/Compliance..)

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Monitor daily and analyze the Front Office alerts:
- on topics related to KYC ("Know Your Client") or KYI ("Know Your Intermediary"), to the European EMIR regulation on OTC operations, to the monitoring of leveraged funds, to the issues of embargo...

- on the Product Governance/ MIFID activity (European regulation intended to protect European investors) in order to ensure that the costs related to a given transaction are correctly distributed to clients and remain within the grid set by Natixis, that all transactions are well adapted to the client, that the target market is indeed sent to the client....

Report these First Level Controls monthly in a "Compliance" tool.

Participate with IT and Business Support teams in the optimization and automation (extension of perimeters, permanent evolutions..) of these controls.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Financial Management.
You master the Office Pack (notably EXCEL) and reporting tools (VBA would be a plus for creating follow-up macros with the Front Office).
Do you have knowledge of financial products (interest rate swaps, foreign exchange...).
You are endowed with the qualities of curiosity, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills.
You are a person who works with rigor, speed and organization.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
